Shipping

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 72 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.

DOMESTIC

  • Arrives within 3-10 days from shipping date depending on where you reside.
  • Not All orders will include a USPS tracking number, you. If you want to track your package please upgrade to USPS Priority Mail. You will receive your tracking information via email once your package has been shipped.
  • Please upgrade to USPS Priority Mail if you would like insurance included in your shipment. (USPS covers up to $100 for lost, damaged and missing packages. Insurance will not cover packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please visit the USPS website for more information.)
  • Please note that once a package leaves our premises, it is no longer under our control. If you have a problem with your package, contact the United States Postal Service immediately at 1(800) 275-8777.
  • By making a purchase with us, you agree that Chic Empire Boutique  will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages that may happen during shipment.

INTERNATIONAL 

  • International shipping delivery times may vary between 2-12 weeks depending on your local post office. Unfortunately Chic Empire Boutique is not able to provide a better estimated time of arrival as it is different for every country. 
  • Shipment to Canada usually takes 1-2 weeks to arrive. 
  • All orders will include a USPS tracking number, but please note it is common to see no additional tracking information once your package leaves the US.
  • Please check with your local post office or the customs department for any import duties, local taxes or handling charges that may be applied to your purchase. 
  • Chic Empire Boutique does not determine any foreign duties or local taxes associated with imported packages and will not be held responsible for any of the charges that may occur. 
  • Please keep in mind that once a package leaves our premises, it is no longer under our control. If you experience any problems during shipment please contact your local post office immediately.
